A thematic village is an idea whose task is to combine the natural, human, social and financial resources of the local economy with the cultural resources of the village. The cultural resources of the countryside include the heritage of spiritual culture (traditions, rituals, customs, language, dialect, legends), material culture (crafts, handicrafts, costumes) and space management culture (architecture, buildings, rural landscape). A thematic village should be built on the basis of existing historical, cultural and natural resources, including the traditions that exist in a given village. A thematic village is usually organized by local leaders who are the link between residents and entrepreneurs from a given town. The existence of such a leader is very important because isolated actions of individual people will have no chance of success. Cultural, economic, social and marketing effects will only be visible with teamwork and with the support of local governments.
